Before The Appointment
After you get in touch with us, we’ll begin by understanding the services you need, discussing the job in detail, and offering honest, professional advice on what’s achievable. You’ll receive a personalised estimate based on the scope of work, with complete transparency. Once you're happy to proceed, we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that suits you, taking into account any accessibility requirements you may have.

On The Day
Before we arrive, we kindly ask that you move as much furniture as possible from the areas to be cleaned. While we can work around some items if previously discussed, please note that carpet colour may vary under long-standing furniture if moved later. We’re not able to handle all furniture moving, but if you have concerns or special circumstances, let us know during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
When we arrive, we’ll start with a walkthrough of the area to assess the condition of the carpet and determine the most suitable cleaning method based on the fibre type and soiling. At this point, we’ll confirm the final price before beginning the work.
We’ll need access to hot water and electricity to carry out the service efficiently. Our team will work promptly and professionally, and once the job is complete, we’ll tidy up and pack away all equipment. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. If you require documentation to confirm professional cleaning (for example, for tenancy agreements), we’ll provide that at this stage.

After The Appointment
Drying times vary depending on the carpet fibre, cleaning method, and environmental factors such as weather and humidity. We’ll advise you on the expected drying time and offer guidance to help speed up the process.
While carpets can usually be walked on straight away, we’ll let you know when it’s best to replace furniture and share any other important aftercare tips.
As a general rule, carpets should be professionally cleaned every 6–12 months. If you’d like, we can set a reminder to contact you when it's time for your next service, tailored to your specific needs.
